Default mControl v2.10 Release Candidate GOLD (RCGOLD)

mControl v2.10 Release Candidate GOLD (RCGOLD)

The following version includes:
- Installer for Windows XP and Windows Vista (.NET 2.0 is required)
- Installer for Windows Home Server
- Installer for mControl Clients (and mControl Server configuration utility)

Major work completed since mControl v2.1 Release Candiate 1 (RC1):

>> INSTEON protocol enhancements, including:
- Initial release of the mControl INSTEON Utility
- Initial support for new INSTEON thermostat (Venstar)
- Initial support for EZIOxx devices (SimpleHomeNet)
- Proper button display for INSTEON multi-level devices (e.g., dimmers)
- Message throttling to mitigate INSTEON adapter send/receive collisions
- Improved communication support for devices requiring multiple hops in INSTEON mesh network
- Improved handling of clean-up messaging after a group command

>> Improvements to mControl for Windows Mobile Client
- Status updates now are shown automatically, rather than upon refresh
- Ability to view cameras directly from the server

>> Improved connection methodology for mControl clients
- New installer allows easy mControl client installation and configuation on PCs connected by local area network to mControl server
- Robustness improvements related to client/server connections, including Windows Home Server

The following known limitations exist:
1. While this version does install on 64-bit versions of Vista (in 32-bit compatibility mode), we still need rework the Vista Media Center client for a 64-bit systems
2. MCE Events from extenders (e.g., Xbox 360) are not received by the mControl MSASAddin. We are investigating this but this may be by design.
