Just getting my feet wet with mControl.... I need some help with suggestions of how to set up my mControl to do the following. I am wanting my lights to come on 25% as wake up alarm... 2 minutes later go to 50% then... 2 minutes later 75%.... I know that I can accomplish this with 3 separate commands... but is there a way to do this in one macro? Hope this makes sense. Thanks,

I have a similar macro set up. Just under the macro set a delay after the first action. E.G.
Trigger: At 9AM: Action: Set light value to 25% Delay 2 Minutes Set light value to 50% Delay 2 Minutes Set light value to 75% Etc. |

Another way would be to use "Recurring Timer" with these parameters:
Time=6:30 AM (or whatever time you want) Recur Interval=2 min Occurence (repeat)= 4 times The action would be Automation: YourLigth, BRIGHTEN (Remember to set dim/brighten by to 25% in the device options; 25% * 4 times = 100%). Last edited by katrash; 01-09-2009 at 04:55 PM. |
