Default Accessing mControl from MCE

I am trying to configure my MCE PC to communicate to dedicated mControl server so I don't have to run both on the same machine. I followed the instructions on page 99 of the users manual to no avail. I had originally did the full install of mControl on my MCE so I'm not sure if I have to un-install first and then add the add-in or if it should work as is? TIA

creimer,

Please make sure that no third party programs or firewalls are blocking ports 29990 through 29992 on the PC hosting mControl.

Also, check to make sure that the file "MSASAddin.log" file is created on the client machine after you have installed MSASAddin on it

Best Regards,
Support
