ELK M1 gold with Ethernet not working

I can not get the ELK M1 working. I connect per ethernet but mcontroll cannot read any data from the ELK M1 (zone)
I checked that ports are open. Any advise ?

Did you enable non-secure tcp connections in the configuration of the ELK's ethernet module? mControl doesn't use the secure connection with ELK.
