v3 new user help! mserver down

So, I've upgraded from mControl v2 to v3 on my WHS2003 machine. Installation seemed to go fine. I can use mControl editor silverlight from my WHS box to control my insteon stuff. I can't access anything via the iPad or iPhone application. I get the dreaded mserver is down message. It doesn't work if I use my internal IP address or external, no connection period.

I'm still able to use the mobile.aspx from a browser to control insteon items outside and inside my network.

I've checked my port setting's to confirm exception's and allowances. I've allowed the mserver program to go through my firewall.

Anyone have a suggestion?
