Integrating ISY-Insteon light control into mControl ?

Getting mControl to access the ISY controller has been very challenging for me. I installed the latest ISY Controller plug-in into mServer, but mControl Editor does not connect to ISY database when I try to add ISY Controller devices.

I have mServer installed on WHS 2003.

Please help.
