How Often?

I was just wondering how often mControl people drop by and read the posts on there board? Seems that the board is still in a early stage and hasn't taken off yet. The reason I ask... would it be better to email support with questions or post them here. I would think here would be better since everyone has a chance to learn from the questions and answers.
