See: https://github.com/gjniewenhuijse/MceController
This is the source and dll's from the VmcController, but with some improvements: -Added functionality to display a notification: notbox "message" <timeout seconds> "imagepath" notboxrich "message" <timeout seconds> "button codes" "imagepath" To hide the image you can use "null" as imagepath -Fix for button-up/down/right/left/stop (only x64, working on x86 ) etc -Msgboxrich command can display the latest image file in a directory (example: c:\images\cam*.jpg) Last edited by gjniewenhuijse; 04-27-2012 at 06:39 AM. |

I got this response on the vmccontroller site:
Onhiatus wrote: Could you cheat by making the image path look unique with some irrelevant data? In html I'd append a time stamp as a parameter that was ignored in the URL (e.g. http://www.xyz.com/asdf?timestamp) - that way the browser would never cache (this was needed for "smart" browsers like mobile Opera that would try to cache on the server side). I haven't figured out how to test this to see if it works or not yet. |

I am using VMCController for quiet a while now, and I am very pleased to see that you are developing it further.
I also use the msgboxrich to display images if the front door bell is pressed, and therefore stuggeling with the issue that sometimes cached prictures are shown. Your Improved msgboxrich command icm with the * wildchard could solve this.. Can you let me know how I can update/install your version of VMCController? And what does notbox and notboxrich do? Again many thanks for working on this project... keep up the good work! Martijn The Netherlands |

Hello,
You can download the files from the binairies dir and replace your files, mostly in program files. The notbox command shows an notification box in the upper left corner. Hope it works for you. Gj Also from the netherlands
