Remote Access/Authentication Setup Problems

I have carefully followed the instructions for setting up Remote Access and Authentication of mControl V3 on a computer running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. After enyering the physical path of mControl - C:\Program Files (x86)\Embedded Automation\mControl v3 - I clicked on Test Settings and received the following error: There was an error while performing this operation. Details: Invalid application path.

I also followed the directions for testing the website by opening the broweser and typing: http://mControlv3:29000/mControlv3/mobile.aspx - I got the usual IE error message when IE cannot open a web page: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas regarding what the problem(s) may be. I have read the directions over and over again and have not been able to figure out why I cannot get this working.

Make sure you select "mControl v3 WebAppPool" for Application Pool but I don't think the Test Settings error is significant.

Try connecting to http://localhost:29000/mControlv3/mobile.aspx
