I've got one of these things - along with a couple of 2443 AccessPoints and it seems tb talking to the AccessPoints and the AccessPoints seem tb talking to the 2414U PC Controller bc it's LED blinks when I force a motion event - either by waving my hand across the front of the detector or by pushing the little white button inside.
But when I try to set up the motion detector in mControl Editor | New Device, it wants an "INSTEON Address" - preseumably in the XX.YY.ZZ format of other Insteon product addresses.
But I can't find anything in that format (or any format....) on or in the device.
Oops.... They were hiding it under the battery inside the device.
(I would have deleted this whole post if I knew how.... OTOH, maybe leaving it here will let the next guy find the number easier....).
Now let's see if we can get it to drive a macro....
