Ted

I am having a few problems with the new Mpanel software.

First off there is no cover art in the browser screen so I have to go by title to browse which is fine but in come cases inconviente. Second ocassionally when playing music my system will havg almost like a scratched cd and just keep llaying a secound or so of music repietdly when this happens the system freezes and I need to go upstairs and pull the power.

Any ideas?

We found out that there is a bug in the streaming components of Windows CE. We worked alot with Microsoft CE team on solving this issue and much have been solved (in the November CE 6.0 QFE) but still not completely. Whenever there is a fix in the CE components in the future we will prepare a new OS image and deliver to the users of the mPanel.

In order to minimize this issue, we suggest ripping your files as MP3 at bit rate of 128 kbps. This is the optiml settings for mPanel sound chip and amplifier.
